Chennai and seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to contribute to our
growth and market presence.
Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Chennai
Languages: English Hindi Tamil
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Executive you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth. You
will identify new business opportunities nurture existing relationships and contribute to achieving
our revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients competitors and market trends
within the edible oil segment.
2. Client Prospecting and Relationship Building:
Identify and create lead tracker for the prospective clients distributors and partners.
Implement telemarketing strategies to reach out to potential clients introduce products and
generate leads.
3. Sales Strategy and Planning:
Assist in the creation of sales presentations proposals and other materials as needed.
Organise and conduct sales meetings with clients to present product offerings and negotiate deals.
4. Business Development Initiatives:
Identify and evaluate potential business development opportunities including new market
segments and product offerings.
Participate in negotiations and deal closures to expand the companys market presence.
6. Collaboration and Reporting:
Coordinate closely with internal teams including marketing operations and finance to ensure
seamless of business development strategies.
Provide regular reports on market trends business development progress and key performance
indicators.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of Proven experience in business development sales or a related role within the
FMCG industry.
Strong logical reasoning and decisionmaking skills.
Knowledge of computer applications and tools for business development activities.
Exceptional communication skills in English Hindi and Tamil to effectively engage with clients and
partners including proficiency in telemarketing communication.
Resultsoriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Selfmotivated proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required.
