About the role
We are looking for part time Personal Care Assistants to bring joy to our residents day. Working as part of a friendly and closeknit team your focus will be:
- Providing support and care according to the Care Plan and residents preferences and strengths
- Applying personcentred care approaches to all interactions with residents
- Considering the residents individual needs stage of life development and strengths when engaging in support activities
About you
You are an enthusiastic motivated selfstarter who is eager to develop a career in aged care. To be considered for these roles you will need:
- Certificate III in Aged Care Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Specialisation) or equivalent and/or Certificate IV in Aged Care Certificate IV in Ageing Support
- Previous experience working in an aged care facility
- Ability to build effective relationships and work within a team
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
