About the role:
As the Data Scientist3 (Gen AI) you will :
Lead the design development and implementation of generative AI models (e.g. GPTbased models transformer architectures GANs) to enhance the companys financial product offerings.
Apply advanced data science techniques including NLP deep learning and unsupervised learning to analyze largescale datasets and generate actionable insights for product optimization and decisionmaking.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments ensuring scalability and efficiency in realtime applications.
Work closely with product managers to understand business needs and define AIdriven features that improve user experience personalization fraud detection risk management and datadriven decisionmaking.
Continuously research the latest advancements in Generative AI and machine learning techniques keeping the company at the forefront of AI innovation.
Build and deploy machine learning models that enable predictive analytics anomaly detection and other AIdriven capabilities.
Conduct rigorous experimentation and A/B testing to evaluate model performance and impact on business KPIs.
Communicate technical findings and insights to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders ensuring alignment between AI capabilities and business goals.
Mentor junior data scientists fostering a culture of learning and knowledgesharing within the team.
Experience:
5 years of professional experience in data science with a strong focus on Generative AI and machine learning.
Previous experience in FinTech or related industries is highly preferred.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Mathematics or Engineering.
