About the role
We have a rare opportunity for a highly engaging Engineering Support Lead to provide technical leadership and support to the Engineering Team
Some Key Responsibilities include
- Coordinate and development of the Graduate/ Undergraduate Engineers
- Provide technical leadership to the Engineering team
- Work closely with precontracts to ensure engineering deliverables are met in bid proposals
- Bid Library support Engineering/WBS/Cost Allocation
- Provide technical support to precontracts in interpreting scope and producing scope summaries and schedules
- Maintenance of a flexible and openminded approach to the solution of complex engineering problems
- Ensure other project and operational stakeholders are consulted as appropriate during the design constructability and operability process
About You
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate significant experience in the energy infrastructure and /or renewable energy industry along with the relevant engineering qualifications. Additionally you will have;
- Sound experience with providing technical support for competitive energy infrastructure bids. Highlevelbusinessand commercialacumen
- Impressive experience in innovative engineering solutions and welldeveloped problemsolving skills.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary organisations and in roles that require the coordination of multiple inputs
- Excellent time management and the ability to achieve deadlines through competing priorities under pressure
- Exposure leading and managing industry graduate and undergraduate engineers within theenergy infrastructure and /or renewable energy industry
