Job Description
Responsibilities & Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish refine and oversee IT service delivery to internal and external customers.
- Ensure that policies and processes are in place to deliver consistent efficient and effective services.
- Engage customers evaluate their feedback and develop quality improvement processes.
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
- Leading the service delivery team managing conflict and ensuring the teams processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Managing finances and budgets.
- Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
- Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish improve and refine services.
- Remaining organized and meeting deadlines.
- Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the companys services delivery criteria and solutions for issues that may arise.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of a TS/SCI with Polygraph
- A minimum of a Bachelors degree in business engineering computer science or related technical field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience directly related to IT
- Experience in customer service leadership and logistics may be advantageous.
- Good computer skills and the ability to use business support software.
- Strong customer service project management and quality control skills.
- Good resource planning skills.
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing technical/support teams in a related subject area to that of the
- Experience utilizing IT service
- Experience performing in medium to large scale operations of IT Service
- Experience utilizing service delivery in a government systems and services
- Experience utilizing Agile development DevOps and knowledge
- ITIL
