Position Summary
We are looking for Staffing Assistants to assist the HR Department with the operation of the staff checkin area for the hospitality teams on event days in a fastpaced environment at Allegiant Stadium. Staffing Assistants will recognize that our staff are their customers and will provide excellent customer service.This role will be varied assisting with the checkin assistance with clock in issuing accreditation and uniform. At the end of the event Staffing Assistants will help with the collection of uniforms and the checking out of staff.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.50.
Benefits for Part Time Roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching.
This position will remain open until June 27 2025.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcoming atmosphere to all our staff members.
- Go above and beyond our customer expectations and ensure that all our staff have the best experience arriving and leaving from their shift.
- Assist the HR team within the check in and out area.
- Assist with the coordination of the staffing operation and any queue management.
- Direct motivate encourage and inspire staff to deliver the highest results.
- Deliver a concise effective brief if required to members of staff in your area.
- Deal with colleague and customer requests and queries.
- Distribute and potentially transport uniforms/food items to staff members.
- Monitor the presentation of staff members ensuring they are wearing the correct uniform.
- Stock take of uniforms and preparation of dirty uniforms for laundry collection
- Manages the uniform inventory and accounts for damaged and loss items.
- Direct/escort staff members to their area of work within the Stadium.
- Support Managers with updates on staff arrival or cancellations for their areas.
- Assist in always keeping the staffing area clean and organized.
- Attend mandatory and other training as required.
Qualifications
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate: MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint.
- Solid organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks; project management skills.
- Ability to work venue/eventdriven schedules (including evenings weekends holidays and long hours) when needed.
