Duties & Responsibilities
- Build the bond between our brand and our customer by answering queries providing exemplary service and adapting your approach depending on individual needs and requirements.
- Ensuring that all queries are dealt with in a professional manner within the required timeframes.
- Resolving any queries regarding products or services.
- Followingup on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates.
- Maintain current knowledge of productsprogramsprocesses and policies.
Requirements
- 2 years experience in a client services and relationship management role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Helpdesk support experience is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and serviceorientated.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced and challenging environment.
- Able to manage timeprioritze and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Experience in the call centre or retail industry is advantegeous.
