Regional Director of Operations
Conlan Tire Texas
Conlan Tire is currently seeking aRegional Director of Operations.We are seeking an aggressive forwardthinking and highly motivated candidate to work in a fast paced environment.
Conlan Tire is an emerging privately owned commercial tire retreading and remanufacturing operation. We specialize in tire maintenance practices casing management warranty claims fuel testing alignments sales tire retreading tire repair production and quality control. We strive to provide the most fuel efficient remanufactured tires in the market!
Duties Include but not limited:
- Managing of Store operations by working with Store Managers
- Implementing training plans.
- Hire Fire and Train high level Office personal within the region.
- Review KPIs in regard to Retention Net Operating Profit Service Compliance Customer Service and Revenue.
- Setting expectations for Store Managers Service Managers and Account reps and ensure that those expectations are met.
- Overseeing inventory of all of the stores and occasionally doing inventory at the store level.
- Review reports in regard to store and employee performance.
- Handling performance reviews and disciplinary action for high level office personnel.
- Traveling to 5 total stores located in Michigan Ohio & Illinois to do interviews terminations inventory counts training of new hires and other management support tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 35 years commercial tires store operations
- Knowledge of commercial tires and retreading
- Ability to multitask and continually prioritize a changing workload
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- An aggressive and competitive nature to drive service goals
- The confidence to set expectations and ensure they are being met
- Superior communication skills including listening speaking/writing and computer literacy
- College degree preferred but not required
