Job Overview

We are hiring a Caller to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Caller you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our services. This is a fulltime position located in Panchkula Haryana India. We are looking for a candidate with less than 1 year of experience as a Fresher. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales communication and persuasion skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Sales experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Active listening and strong persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in using CRM software
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services
• Explain our services and features to prospective clients
• Answer incoming calls and provide information to customers
• Maintain a database of potential leads and customer interactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
• Achieve sales targets and goals
• Keep uptodate with product knowledge and market trends
