QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated knowledge of casino operations and gaming rules and regulations. Demonstrated effective and diplomatic customer service and communication skills including experience persuading and negotiating. Demonstrated knowledge in developing positive contacts with guests and employees. Ability to use good judgment in decisionmaking situations.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelors Degree or equivalent in education or experience. One 1 or more years of recent and related experience marketing casino games preferably slot machines or players club operations.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Demonstrated effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills using English.
CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS: Colorado Limited Gaming Support License is required. Must be at least eighteen 18 years of age.
OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES: Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to interact well with others. Demonstrated experience marketing casino games preferably slot machines or players club operations. Demonstrated knowledge of casino operations and gaming rules and regulations. Demonstrated effective and diplomatic customer service and communication skills including experience persuading and negotiating and in particular developing positive contacts with guests and employees. Ability to use good judgment in decisionmaking situations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Essential duties involve sitting while completing paperwork or using a computer. Duties include standing kneeling squatting bending walking crouching and stooping in order to perform duties. Essential duties may involve working in large crowded areas. Essential duties may include ladder use and lifting up to 30 pounds to stack store or move merchandise. Essential duties involve a flexible workweek and workday with standard breaks with additional hours are routinely required.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
$56485 annually based on experience.
