ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
Present games in a live streaming environment adhering to a multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations PT Services Delaware regulations and live unit policies and procedures.
Learn and fully understand and execute the rules of video stream games.
Conduct live games on a given table schedule in accordance with applied rules and procedures with computer prompt instructions monitoring and following the given table schedule following instructions of the Pit-bosses and Trainers.
Follow and supervise the updates and amendments in the game leading procedures.
Adhere to gaming studios rules and any other rules that management may be introduced at any time.
Professionally communicate and provide answers to players in a timely manner for any game general questions according to chat policy.
Immediately report to the Pitboss of any risks or committed mistakes problems and / or unusual activities in gaming studios and other companys premises caused by other employees or other causes.
Attend educational events briefings sessions required for professional skills improvement and learning the new procedures.
Participate in company promotions thought marketing via photo and video shoots as required by management.
Keep a professional demeanour towards players.
Maintain professional and clear communication with management and peers.
Keep confidential information within the companys authorized individuals.
Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.
Qualifications :
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
High School Diploma / GED.
Must be 21 years of age or older
At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience.
Basic computer skills- MS Office electronic mail etc.
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers in a live streaming environment.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanour including manner of speech appearance and posture in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to deal with potential guest conflicts professionally maintaining Playtechs guest service standards.
Ability to deal sort shuffle and count cards in addition to operating other gaming equipment involving highly repetitive movement of hand and arm.
Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
Punctuality and attention to detail.
Be able to wear assigned uniforms.
Must be able to obtain a Michigan Gaming License and West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.

Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
Ability to be on live cameras constantly with high beam lighting without protective eyewear.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $15 Pooled tips up to $4.00 Hourly Perfomance Bonus
Vacation Days: 5 days
