If you have 5 years of residential construction experience and eager to join a great team then this would be a good fit for you.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible formanaging the daytoday operations of all projects within the scope of the Site Super role. This includes:tracking progress managing trades complying with regulations ensuring deadline completionsand running a safe site.If you like working on marquis projects with likeminded professionals on interesting projectsthen this is the opportunity for you!
You must have rigorous knowledge of budgeting scheduling interpreting drawing and have an impeccable attention to detail. Professionalism and leadership capabilities wont go unnoticed. Additionally you must maintain a safe working environment as well as delivering high quality results till finish. Not to mention you must be timeline and budget driven.
