Job Description
Our client a worldleader in life sciences and diagnostics is looking for Clinical ServicesProject Manager I 100 Remote) based out of Tucson AZ.
Duration: Long term contract (Possibility of further extension)
As Clinical ServicesProject Manager I you will manage clinical and lab services projects frominitiation through contract completion by applying project management skillsand experience in delivering projects on time within budget and with highcustomer satisfaction. You facilitate crossfunctional interactions to completethe assigned projects within the deadline.
Responsibilities:
- Managing clinicaltesting and lab services projects collaboratively from initiation throughcontract completion.
- Performing tacticalcoordination of timelines for all projects and functions within CDx Pharma
- Services suchdeveloping project plans establishing and coordinating timelines for assignedprojects and functions; managing of crossfunctional plans andtracking the progress of activities; identifying gaps potential bottlenecks ordelays and challenge assumptions and propose options to close gaps
- Oversees and guidesdaytoday activities of sample process flow and accurate reporting of results.Implements best practices within the clinical sciences team; fosters continuousimprovement by ensuring knowledge and experience exchange.
- Guides and managescrossfunctional interactions to complete the assigned projects within thedeadline.
- Interface withresources outside of the company (Contract Research Organizations (CROs) siteinvestigators client counterparts etc. and serves as single point of contactwith Pharma clients.
Education/Skills:
- Bachelors Degree in arelated field or equivalent combination of education and relevant workexperience.
- 2 years experience ofproject and/or clinical trial coordinator/management experience in a regulatedCRO diagnostic and/or pharmaceutical industry with regulated documentation.
- Experience is inclinical trial management and knowledge of biosample (clinical testing)management and process flow in the Diagnostic and/or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of clinicalsample process flow and testing.
- Proficiency with wordprocessing spreadsheet database and email software (e.g. Microsoft ExcelMicrosoft Word).
