We are looking for good Sourcing team members(IT recruitment).

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
2. Source screen and interview candidates using various channels such as job boards social media and networking events.
3. Manage the entire recruitment process including scheduling interviews collecting feedback and facilitating the offer negotiation process.
4. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
5. Stay updated on IT recruitment trends and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
6. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
7. Act as a brand ambassador for both our company and our clients ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
