What youll do:
- Contribute to costeffective services construction ensuring compliance with safety quality design and building code requirements.
- Oversee services packages monitor documentation and ensure client requirements are met in head and subcontracts.
- Coordinate subcontractor work for services installation and track programs adjusting to meet schedule.
- Review changes to services design within budget ensure sustainability rating requirements are met and resolve stakeholder issues.
- Manage subcontractor claims rectify defects report on progress and identify new technologies to improve operations.
Who you are:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent trade background with 36 years of experience in services engineering or coordination.
- Prior experience with Tier 1 or 2 builders on large commercial building services projects and practical knowledge of the NCC/BCA and building services requirements.
- Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors/consulting engineers with sound construction knowledge and understanding of safety and quality requirements.
- Welldeveloped skills in planning program management stakeholder management task management collaboration and communication.
