Position Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a vital role as the subject matter expert on utilizing marketing technologies to improve RSIs marketing efforts including search engine optimization customer segmentation and social media. This individual will be responsible for aligning digital marketing strategies with the companys business goals implementing marketing automation tools optimizing SEO ensuring website privacy compliance and providing data and reports to the leadership team to make informed business decisions. This role requires effective coordination with internal team members as well as outside vendors to align marketing efforts across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Website and blog enhancements including SEO design optimization performance functionality quarterly audits and security
• Oversee and optimize ecommerce website using WooCommerce
• Manage Google Ads and optimize for ROI
• Email campaign creation and management
• Assist with event management research and speaking opportunities
• Build and enhance HubSpot automations and workflows to nurture leads and clients
• Conduct competitor and industry research
• Engage with clients and leads on LinkedIn using marketing best practices
• Report monthly on website blog and SEO performance using Google Analytics and other tools
• Evaluating implementing and improving marketing technologies and tools using
• Process design implementation and continuous improvement best practices
• Task and project management

Qualifications:

• Web development skills with HTML CSS JavaScript PHP
• Google SEO and SSL auditing and optimization
• Extensive experience with developing maintaining and optimizing WordPress and WooCommerce websites and blogs
• Google Ads/PPC and Google Analytics
• HubSpot CRM maintenance auditing and automation experience
• GoDaddy hosting security suite
• Familiarity with uptime monitoring tools backup solutions broken link checkers performance testing tools and cache management tools
• Asana or similar project management tools
• Strong email sequencing and campaign experience
• Event management experience
• Google Suite including Google Docs and Google Sheets
