The Youth Sports Coordinator is responsible for delivering a great sports experience for kids and parents on game days. From coaching and highfives to equipment set up and organizing to refereeing and game management youll have a blast teaching kids the fundamentals of sport!
- Assist parent volunteer coaches in leading practice sessions with kids ages 314 focusing on fundamentals and skill development across multiple sports.
- Facilitate and referee games understand rules keep score and time focus on player improvement be vocal and have a coaching mindset!
- Teach & demonstrate the i9 Sports Sportsmanship values
- Engage with kids and parents with a positive attitude and deliver a fantastic customer experience
- Have knowledge and experience in one or more of the following sports: soccer flag football baseball basketball volleyball
- Have experience working with kids
- Are skilled at delivering positive customer service are you high energy positive upbeat!
- Able to work weekends in Petaluma
- Experience working in a fastpaced environment. This job will not be boring!
- Teach you how to communicate with many different types of people kids parents coaches etc.
- Network and meet families in your community you never know who youll meet or whos watching!
