Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. This position is critical in supporting the execution of internal and external communication initiatives ensuring message consistency brand alignment and timely delivery of communications across all channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop edit and distribute internal and external communications including newsletters announcements presentations and memos.
Collaborate with various departments to gather content and ensure brand voice consistency.
Assist in preparing press releases briefing materials and stakeholder communications.
Maintain and update internal communication platforms and document repositories.
Monitor and track communication effectiveness and provide reports on outcomes and engagement.
Coordinate logistics for communication events meetings and presentations.
Support crisis communication efforts and ensure timely dissemination of urgent updates.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a communications or administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel).
