Accounting Manager
A leading financial services firm is seeking an Accounting Manager to support its growing crypto function. This is a newly created role designed to enhance and optimize accounting processes for cryptocurrency transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and refine accounting processes related to crypto assets trading activities and venture capital investments.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure financial accuracy implement best practices and contribute to a rapidly evolving industry.
- Lead a growing team of 2 direct reports.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of accounting experience with exposure to digital assets trading or financial services
- CPA preferred (or equivalent expertise in financial reporting & controls)
- Strong understanding of highvolume transactions and reconciliation processes
- Interest in crypto blockchain and emerging financial technologies
- Ability to work in a fastpaced innovative environment
