Reporting to the Aviation Sector Manager this leadership role offers an opportunity to drive impactful projects mentor teams and strengthen client relationships in one of the nations most vital aviation markets. Responsibilities & Qualifications

What Youll Do:

  • Lead the planning design and of airside and landside aviation projects throughout New Jersey and the Northeast.

  • Serve as Project Manager ensuring successful project delivery quality assurance and compliance with FAA Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) NJDOT and TSA regulations.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with airport authorities aviation agencies and industry partners across the Northeast.

  • Play a key role in business development including the Go/NoGo decisionmaking process and strategic pursuit planning.

  • Provide technical leadership and oversight on aviation infrastructure projects including runways taxiways terminals and support facilities.

  • Coordinate public engagement and agency approvals to streamline project implementation.

  • Guide and mentor junior engineers fostering professional growth and technical excellence.

What Youll Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; Masters degree preferred.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Jersey or the ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity.

  • 15 years of experience in airport airside landside and infrastructure projects including knowledge of FAA TSA PANYNJ and NJDOT regulations.

  • Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation with a proven ability to manage project schedules teams and subconsultants.

  • Strong problemsolving skills and a passion for innovation in aviation infrastructure.
