Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks using Java Groovy and the Spock framework.
Lead quality assurance efforts across cloud-native applications hosted on AWS.
Develop and execute test strategies for AWS Glue S3 DynamoDB and Redshift.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
Collaborate closely with development and delivery teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA engineers and SDETs.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to articulate testing strategies risks and results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8-12 years of experience in software testing and automation.
Strong programming skills in Java and Groovy.
Hands-on experience with Spock framework.
Proven experience testing applications in AWS environments.
Proficiency in testing AWS services like Glue S3 DynamoDB and Redshift.
Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing.
Experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills.
