Entry level LPN Care Coordinator position; perfect for recent LPN graduates!
Position Details:
Salary:Starts at $23.00 /hr PLUS shift differential. (Rate increases based on education and relevant experience)
Shift Differential: $3.00 2nd shift MonFri); $3.00$7.50 (Weekend SatSun)
Schedule: part time 4 days a week/Flexible schedule); handling oncall notifications (every other week).

Qualifications
Education
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing:
- Associates Degree or Diploma required
- Board certification:
- Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Florida
Other Requirements:
- Must be able to complete atwoweek(Monday Friday) new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each day. Orientations is held in Orlando FL.
- 1 Years of nursing experience or previous experience working in another position with the IDD or Psychiatric population in a group home or residential facility preferred
- 1 year of working with EHR record system preferred
- Valid Florida drivers license
- Successfully pass preemployment medical screenings which include: Drug Test Physical and TB Test.
- Must be proficient in nursing assessment skills andbasic software programs.
