Role Description:We are looking for ahighly skilled and experienced Oracle Solution Enterprise Architectto spearhead our initiatives related to Oracle CX Cloud and associated technology platforms. The ideal candidate will possess an indepth understanding ofOracle CX CloudOracle Visual Builder Cloud ServiceOracle Redwood Design Principles and the business processes tied to sales marketing and service management alongside expertise inOracle Integration Cloud Platform. The successful candidate will have extensive experience insolution architectureand a proven track record of leadingdigital transformation projectsthroughout their lifecycle.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of Oracle CX Cloud solutions ensuring they are aligned with both business objectives and technical specifications
Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecturefor Oracle CX Cloud solutions and related technology platforms including Oracle Integration Cloud Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) ERP and other enterprise applications
Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto define and execute digital transformation strategies effectively leveraging the capabilities of Oracle CX Cloud
Provide technical leadership and guidanceto development teams ensuring adherence to project methodologies promoting reuse and implementing best practices and standards
Conduct assessments of customers IT systemsand business needs recommending improvements proposing solution options and assisting in drafting future IT roadmaps utilizing Oracle Cloud Technologies. This includes preparing proposals with financial evaluations for suggested solutions
Develop strategies to optimize the performance scalability and maintainability of systems
Align project goals with organizational objectives ensuring compliance with best practices for enterprise architecture
Work closely with stakeholdersto ensure business requirements are accurately translated into effective technical solutions
Establish governance models for projectsto ensure that quality security and compliance standards are consistently met
Review and prepare documentationfor architecture design decisions and integration workflows in accordance with industry standards
Assist in presales activities involving Oracle CX Cloud applications including the development and presentation of proposals and demos
Stay informed about the latest trends and advancementsin Oracle CX Cloud and related technologies integrating them into the organizations technology roadmap.
Mentor and coach junior architects and technical staff fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Essential:
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field
Over 15 years of experiencein solution architecture and implementations specifically focusing on Oracle CX Cloud and related technology platforms
Demonstrated leadershipin largescale digital transformation projects with at leasttwo significant implementationsutilizing Oracle CX Cloud capabilities
Proven track recordin leadership roles and defining solution architecture
Extensive expertisein the Oracle CX Cloud product suite including Oracle Sales and Service Cloud Oracle Marketing Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud
Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)and Redwood design principles for user interface development
Strong understandingof integration patterns data management and security best practices
Knowledge of security and compliance requirementsfor cloud solutions within public and government sectors
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
Relevant certifications in Oracle CX Cloud and related technologies are highly desirable
Preferred:
Prior working experience in the Australia public sector
Understanding of Oracle Revenue & Billing Management or any other Pricing and Billing applications
