Your Role
As an Occupational Therapist in a community setting you will work with a diverse caseload supporting participants through governmentfunded programs including NDIS Home Care Packages Short Term Restorative Care and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
You will be backed by a collaborative multidisciplinary team guided by evidencebased treatment pathways and given the autonomy to manage your caseload effectively.
You will be responsible for:
- The delivery of impactful clinical and therapeutic interventions in Disability and Community settings
- Lead and mentor junior therapists fostering professional growth and highquality care
- Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) and develop therapy plans to support participant goals
- Collaborate with participants families and support teams to drive positive outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and strategic service development
- Work independently while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team

What You Need to Join Us:
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy & current AHPRA registration
- Australian working rights
- Medicare Provider Number
- COVID & flu vaccinations
- Willingness to obtain NDIS Workers Screening & National Police Check
- A valid drivers license and access to private car
