Vacancy: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR / JUNIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Sutton SM1
Salary: OTE: 25 28k
Position: Permanent Full Time
A highly successful local independent Estate Agency based in Sutton are looking for an enthusiastic experienced individual who is looking to become a Lettings Negotiator.
The ideal candidate will have a background in sales have excellent customer service skills may previously have had telephone sales experience and thrive in a targeted environment; you will be ambitious selfmotivated and work well in a team.
Previous experience in residential sales lettings or an industry with recognisable transferable skills would be a distinct advantage.

Skills required for this Lettings Negotiator / Junior Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include:
- At least 12 months experience in Estate Agency or Sales / Customer facing role
- Sales experience essential
- High level of customer service
- Good telephone manner
- Wellpresented and wellspoken
- Ambitious and SelfMotivated
- Wellspoken and articulate
- Driving license essential
