Sales Progressor/ Negotiator (Part time)

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced customer service professional to join an award winning business who are thriving in their market sector so much so they are taking on an additional head to add to their team of 5. This is an exciting time to join as this business race ahead of their competitors and push towards their highest period of growth. Benefits

  • 25400 basic salary circa 2K-2.5K (pro rata) of departmental bonus based on the completion of the companys overall property sales target
  • Free onsite parking
  • Ideally looking for 9am-3pm Monday to Friday but please do apply if you are a sales progressor looking for slightly different hours as there may be some flex!
  • NO WEEKENDS
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

  • Use of a company vehicle when needed

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the office manager with all sales progression paperwork
  • Updating buyers and vendors each step of the way leading up to completion
  • Monitoring the status of the case following up on paperwork chasing solicitors financial advisors for information etc
  • Manage a high-volume caseload circa 40 cases at any one time while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactively identify and address potential delays or obstacles relying this to all parties
  • When progression is quieter or other members of the team are on holiday you will support on the negotiator side
  • Manage inbound calls from prospective buyers and vendors dealing with queries and booking in appointments
  • Register customers and carry out property matches
  • Diary management
  • Booking appointments for viewings
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times throughout the entire customer journey

Qualifications

  • Background in Sales Progression is essential as we need somebody to hit the ground running
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
