We are currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic Residential Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and thriving independent estate agency in Orpington. What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Generating leads for market appraisals
- Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Maintaining regular contact with buyers and vendors
- Assisting the sales process from offer to completion
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Minimum 1 years experience in estate agency sales
- Proven sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong customer service orientation
- Professional articulate and well-presented
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
