TPF Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highlyrespected accountancy practice in the local area supporting them in theirsearch for a talented Accounts Director / Associate. This is anexceptional opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join asuccessful firm with a fantastic reputation for client service and staffdevelopment.
The Role
As the Accounts Director / Associate you will play apivotal role in the leadership team shaping the future of the practice. Youwill work closely with the Partners to manage a portfolio of clients developnew business opportunities and lead a team of dedicated professionals. Yourresponsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Client Management: Overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients ensuring exceptional service delivery and building longterm relationships.
- Team Leadership: Leading mentoring and developing a team of accountants ensuring high performance and staff engagement.
- Strategic Development: Supporting the Partners in shaping the strategic direction of the practice driving growth and identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Business Development: Playing an active role in winning new business representing the firm at networking events and identifying potential opportunities to expand the client base.
- Technical Expertise: Providing highlevel technical advice to clients including complex accounting tax planning and business advisory services.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal quality standards across the firm.

Requirements
The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this role you will ideally possess thefollowing:
- A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA ACCA or equivalent).
- Significant experience in an accountancy practice environment with proven success in client management and team leadership.
- Strong technical knowledge across accounting tax and business advisory disciplines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence others.
- A commercial mindset with the drive to contribute to the growth and success of the practice.
- A passion for providing exceptional client service and a genuine interest in helping businesses succeed.
