Job Description
Our client is looking for a Patent Agent or Patent Prosecution Associate to join their Patent Prosecution & Litigation Division. This role is fully remote and working with multiple offices to support Computer Science and Electrical Engineering Patents with a strong preference for candidates focused on networking software 3G/4G/5G wireless networks and similar patents.
Minimum Requirements for the position:
- 26 years of experience with the most recent experience in a law firm environment.
- Education and background in computer science electrical engineer or something similar.
- Admitted to the USPTO
Compensation:
- Associate role is $205000$305000.
- Patent Agent role is $99600$145800
