Job Description
InputHealth is a fastgrowing tech startup that is transforming healthcare delivery worldwide. As a Project Manager you will work in a fastpaced collaborative environment and beresponsible be responsible for managing the implementation of our Collaborative Health Record.
- Oversee delivery of implementation projects from start to post golive monitoring.
- Manage project scope timeline team and budget for multiple projects at a time
- Manage client expectations to deliver projects that meet and exceed client expectations
- Provide clinical workflow consulting to clients through client visits & written and verbal communications.
- Prepare and conduct presentations to clients throughout the project life cycle.
- Assist with developing maintaining and refining the current implementation process including documentation staffing and workflows.
- Support Implementation Specialists with the tools resources and coaching that they need to deliver successful implementations.
- Maintain strong working relationship with all InputHealth departments. Ensure successful communication with all departments to ensure that we are bringing the best of InputHealth to all aspects of each implementation.
- Build and maintain relationships with key implementation stakeholders at clients facilities
- Manage client expectations to deliver projects that meet and exceed client expectation
- Be onsite with clients (likely no more than 25 of time

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business economics engineering or related fields
- PMP/CAPM Certified or equivalent experience
- Masters degree in business administration project management or a healthcarerelated field (preferred)
- 13 years of experience in a customer facing role
- 3 years of project management experience
- Previous experience with EMRs considered an asset
- Experience with work in clinical or healthcare settings considered an asset
