Calo provides personalized meal plans for busy people through nutritional algorithms built with love by chefs nutritionists and software engineers.

Launched in Bahrain in 2019 we have since expanded to 5 countries in the region delivered millions of meals to our customers and launched our very own Grab & Go Cafe concepts.

Role Overview

Were looking for a Partnerships Executive to join our Business Development Team and be the face of the brand. This hybrid role is based at our Fulham office offering the opportunity to work with a highly motivated and highperforming team while enjoying the autonomy to manage your own schedule. You will engage with personal trainers doctors nutritionists and corporate clients across London while participating in workouts events and datadriven decisionmaking.

Reporting to: Regional Business Development Manager

Main Responsibilities

  • Brand Presence and Relationship Building: Increase the brand presence and drive sales growth by attending workouts meetings and events. Build and nurture relationships with gym owners personal trainers sports coaches doctors nutritionists and corporate clients.
  • Account Management: Actively manage accounts including highprofile clients such as Soho House Gymbox Goldman Sachs and Peloton ensuring sustained engagement and satisfaction.
  • Strategic Contribution: Provide insights and feedback to optimise strategies enhance performance and drive measurable results.
  • Community Engagement: Actively participate in planning and executing events popups and brand experiences to deepen community relationships and elevate brand visibility.
  • Schedule Autonomy and Reporting: Manage your own schedule providing regular updates and progress reports to the Business Development Manager.

Ideal Candidate

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build authentic relationships.
  • Strategic prospecting and objectionhandling abilities.
  • Confidence resilience and a proactive solutionoriented mindset.
  • Selfmotivated and highly organised with a passion for health fitness and wellness.
  • Experience in sales or retail is essential; nutrition knowledge is a bonus.
