Position Description | Position: | Enablement Technology Manager | Department: | Enablement | Location: | Atlanta Georgia or remote | Reports To: | Sr. Director of Enablement | Job Scope and Accountabilities: | Kahua is seeking an Enablement Technology Manager to oversee and optimize the technical infrastructure that powers our enablement programs. This role is critical in managing learning management systems (LMS) and related technologies ensuring seamless integration reliable functionality and a positive user experience. Collaborating closely with the Enablement IT and HR teams the Enablement Technology Manager will drive system performance data accuracy and process automation to support employee development and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: | - Act as the primary administrator for Talent LMS and other tools as needed handling platform setup configuration and user management/permissions.
- Configure and maintain integrations between learning platforms and other business tools including Bamboo HR.
- Regularly update learning content course catalogs and assessments to ensure relevance and alignment with business needs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with learning platforms and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
- Collaborate with the Enablement team to design implement and optimize learning programs ensuring technical feasibility and smooth deployment.
- Monitor platform performance analyze user engagement and generate reports to measure training effectiveness.
- Automate workflows to streamline training content delivery and minimize manual efforts.
- Maintain compliance with data security standards and protect sensitive employee information.
- Provide technical support for employees experiencing issues with learning systems ensuring timely problem resolution.
Experience Required: | - 3 years of experience in systems administration preferably focused on learning management systems (LMS).
- Proficiency in Talent LMS preferred including advanced configuration reporting and API integrations.
- Experience with integrating LMS platforms with HRIS (e.g. BambooHR) and CRMs (e.g. Salesforce).
- Strong knowledge of data security best practices and compliance protocols.
