We are looking for aDC Ops Specialistto join our clients team to support IT infrastructure in a 24/7 environment. If you have experience inWindows/Unix administration Active Directory management and network device support apply now!
Responsibilities:
- SupportingWindows/Unix serversandActive Directory;
- Monitoring IT infrastructure and managing ticketing systems;
- Troubleshooting network and system issues;
- Managing backups VERITAS NetBackup Backup Exec Networker;
- Collaborating with vendors and support teams;
- CreatingStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)and documentation;
- Providing24/7 phone support.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure in a24/7environment;
- Knowledge ofmonitoring tools(Netcool BMC Patrol Tivoli HP OVO);
- Handson experience withITSM tools(e.g. Remedy Peregrine);
- Ability to analyze incidents and generate reports RCA Dashboard;
- Basicnetworking knowledge;
- Strongcommunication skills.
