Job Description

About the role
The Village Manager is responsible for ensuring that the daytoday operations of the village are effectively managed and that the lifestyle and hospitality needs of all residents are met.
The key duties and responsibilities include:
- Delivery of key services including care cleaning gardening and maintenance
- Assist with the apartment sale/resale process
- Supervision of village maintenance requirements including liaising with external contractors
- Monitoring village income and expenditure in line with the annual operating and capital works budgets
About you
Ideally you have completed a tertiary qualification in Business Administration and have knowledge of the Retirement Living industry. Hospitality experience would also be highly regarded as would experience in a sales role.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents families and staff
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Experience in recognising prioritising and actioning emergency or critical response to issues as they arise
- Welldeveloped organisational skills with demonstrated experience in meeting deadlines while juggling competing priorities
- A high level of initiative and have a commonsense approach when solving problems or making decisions
