WSBare excited to announce we have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Sales Person to join our team at our branch in Jamestown.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join the (company) sales team. You will be responsible for maintaining communications with existing customers to recognize their machinery needs as well as attract new customers to the branch. This a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes and build your career in a thriving industry.

You will

  • Report to the Sales Manager on your daytoday duties
  • Respond to phone/email enquiries regarding agricultural and industrial machinery.
  • Provide quotes in a timely manner
  • Liaise with customer throughout the duration of the sales to follow up freight shortages and process claims for damaged or missing freight.
  • Participate in Field Days Country Shows and Adhoc Machinery Demonstrations.
  • Ensure sales opportunities are maximised by maintaining existing customers and effectively catering for the needs of new accounts.
  • Develop and maintain an appropriate customer contact database.
  • Maintain all required documentation according to policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with staff suppliers and customers.
  • Achieve annual sales objectives.
  • Assure continued success and growth for the company.
  • Implement sales strategies
  • Provide a high level of customer service

About You

You will have some relevant experience in a sales industries.

Confident courteous and professional communication and presentation skills

Excellent Customer service skills

High Attention to details

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

A keen attention to detail and a high level of organisational skills

Experience in the Agco and Kioti range of machines would be an advantage

Prior experience of Salesforce would be advantageous. Alternatively an open mind and willingness to learn a professional CRM system is required.
