Job Description
1. Developdesign and implement scalable robust and highperformance enterpriselevelJava applications.
2.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze businessrequirements translating them into technical specifications and designsolutions.
3. Writeclean maintainable and efficient code using Java technologies and frameworks.
4. Conductthorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code qualityand adherence to best practices.
5.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring the stability andreliability of Java applications.
6. Stayuptodate with industry trends and advancements in Java technologiesframeworks and development methodologies.
7.Participate in the full software development lifecycle including planningestimation development testing and deployment.
8. Mentorand provide guidance to junior team members sharing your knowledge andexpertise.
9.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes tools andmethodologies.
Requirements
1. Bachelorsor Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a relatedfield.
2. Provenexperience as a Senior Java Engineer or similar role with a minimum of 8years of handson Java development experience in enterpriselevel projects.
3. Strongproficiency in Java programming language Java EE and related frameworks(e.g. Spring Hibernate).
4. Indepthknowledge of web services (REST SOAP) XML JSON and related technologies.
5.Experience with database technologies (SQL ORM frameworks) cachingmechanisms and message queues.
6.Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g. Scrum JIRAGit).
7. Strongproblemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to grasp quickly complex concepts and technologies.
8.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to workeffectively in a teamoriented environment.
9.Experience in performance tuning scalability and security considerations inenterpriselevel applications.
10.Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS Azure) and containerization(Docker Kubernetes) is an added advantage.
