Join our growing sales team and report to the Regional Sales Manager for Romania.
Role:
- Plan and organize distribution sales activities for building and external wall insulation segments.
- Maintain and expand the distribution network negotiate sales contracts and provide technical and commercial support.
- Engage stakeholders higher up in the value chain: architects specifiers owners contractors.
- Present our solutions to customers endusers and construction companies promoting new products and systems.
- Identify market opportunities organize events and participate in fairs.
- Ensure customers comply with financial terms and monitor payment behavior.
- Learn technical features of construction related to our products to provide full service.
- Provide customers with the latest information on construction regulations.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis and competitor assessment.
- Secure market information and continuously acquire knowledge about products and solutions.
Profile:
- Knowledge of the construction market
- 3 years sales experience in the construction business
- Independent good planning and organizing skills strong networking and negotiation skills
- Integrity result orientation and team player
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
