INTEGRITYOne Partners Senior Developer with Analytics Location Hybrid 23 days per week onsite in Crystal City VA
The Role
As a Senior Developer with Analytics youll be at the forefront of delivering software solutions that directly impact our clients law enforcement mission. Youll work with dedicated team members and clients to solve complex technical problems and develop systems that keep our country safe and secure.

Technical Skills Required

Key Responsibilities
Architect and develop scalable highperformance data processing systems
Create and optimize complex database queries and data pipelines
Perform data migration preparation modeling and indexing for analytics solutions
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver integrated solutions
Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices
Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and present solutions
Requirements
US Citizenship (ability to obtain and maintain a DHS 6C Public Trust clearance)
Bachelors degree or higher (computer science background recommended but not required with suitable experience)
Ability to work onsite in Crystal City VA 12 days per week
Experience
5 years of experience in software development with at least 1 year focusing on data analytics
Proven track record in designing and developing scalable highperformance and highly available applications and systems components
Demonstrated ability to prepare written deliverables and clearly communicate problems issues and outcomes
Excellent Proficiency in Python and SQL with expertise in data manipulation and analysis
