What you will be doing:

Programme management across Europe to support TNT to FedEx customer migration

of crossfunctional migration processes steering crossfunctional and regional teams across Europe

Process implementation design

Creation of all the necessary process documentation supporting crossfunctional programme

Charing workshops and regular regional meetings across EU

Creation of customer facing materials supporting customer migration with focus on customer centricity
