Job Description

Receptionist

Location: Jobin & Jismi Kottat West Chalakudy
Experience: 2 Years
Employment Type: Fulltime

Position Overview:

We are looking for a professional and wellpresentedReceptionist to manage front desk operations efficiently. The ideal candidateshould be 30 years old but not exceeding 45 years a graduate and highlyproficient in written and verbal English. As the first point of contact theReceptionist will ensure smooth office coordination and excellent customerinteraction.


Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and welcome visitors clients and employees in a professional manner.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue guest passes as required.
  • Answer and route phone calls efficiently.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls emails and messages promptly.
  • Draft and send professional emails and correspondence.
  • Act as a communication link between departments and management.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain office supplies records and documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and conference room bookings.
  • Assist in travel arrangements for executives and employees.

Office Maintenance & Assistance:

  • Ensure the reception area is clean organized and presentable.
  • Monitor incoming mail and courier services.
  • Assist HR and Admin teams with documentation and visitor management.


Requirements

Key Requirements:

Age: 30 years (preferred)
Education: Graduate (any stream)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in front office/receptionist roles
English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication (mandatory)
