Role Purpose:As our Regional Manager youll be the driving force behind our Franchise Partners and Corporate Venues building strong trustbased relationships across your territory. Youll ensure that every venue shines delivering outstanding performance and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Sales & Finance:Collaborate with both Franchise and Corporate venues to supercharge sales. Dive into sales mix analysis and finetune local marketing plans while keeping a close eye on financial health.
- Customer Experience Champion:Create a buzz! Manage customer feedback streamline wait times and ensure our venues deliver topnotch experiences. Your training and coaching will set the standard.
- People & Training:Lead the charge on operational efficiency by analysing key metrics and optimizing staff performance. Ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Inventory & Cash Management:Keep costs in check! Manage inventory effectively maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Operations & Facilities:Oversee maintenance and operations ensuring venues run like welloiled machines all while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
Skills & Experience:
- Leadership Flair:Exceptional coaching and leadership abilities.
- Inventory KnowHow:Solid understanding of inventory control principles.
- Organizational Pro:Masterful at prioritizing and managing workflows.
- Local Market Insight:Strong community ties and market knowledge.
- Communication Pro:Clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Experience Required:Proven background in venue and senior operations management.
- Financial Acumen:Strong skills in budgeting forecasting and cost control.
