The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of recruiting experience with a specific focus on building and managing a substantial personal book of business. This role requires a proactive and resultsdriven professional who has consistently demonstrated the ability to close placements with clients they manage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Placement: Conduct endtoend recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and placing candidates in appropriate positions.
- Business Development: Build and maintain a personal book of business with a focus on achieving or exceeding the $400000 placement target.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture longterm relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Industry Specialization: Utilize expertise in one or more of the specified domains (civil engineering software engineering legal accounting executive search customer service sales etc. to source and place toptier candidates.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends talent availability and client requirements.
- Collaboration and Networking: Work collaboratively with team members and engage in networking to expand the business reach and candidate pool.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Recruiting Experience: At least 5 years of experience in fullcycle recruiting.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in building a personal book of business with a minimum of $400000 in placements.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in one or more of the following domains: civil engineering software engineering legal accounting executive search customer service sales or similar fields.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence.
