Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our team in Raleigh NC. This fulltime position focuses on providing communitybased and inhome individual and family therapy for children youth adolescents adults and their families. Location: Raleigh NC
Compensation: starting at $51654
- Dependent on licensure level experience and other factors
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver communitybased and inhome individual and family therapy tailored to clients needs.
- Assess clients strengths and needs and assist families in planning developing implementing and evaluating treatment and ancillary services.
- Develop personcentered treatment plans and provide oversight to ensure appropriate and effective service delivery.
- Provide clinical guidance and oversight in the development of crisis and transition plans as needed.
- Advocate for clients families and natural supports within the community.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation including treatment notes goals and medical records (e.g. personcentered plans and service notes).
- Conduct a minimum of two multiplehour therapy sessions per week per client.
FamilyCentered Treatment (FCT)
- Maintain an average caseload of 4 to 6 youth and/or families.
- Participate in the official FCT certification program and become fully certified within 12 months of hire.
- Successfully complete competencybased FCT Foundation recertification every two years.
- Participate in weekly meetings with FCT clinicians and supervisors.
- Complete all fidelity measures and required paperwork related to FCT.
Requirements
- Education: Masters Degree in counseling social work or psychology.
- Licensure: Hold a current associate or full mental health license in North Carolina (e.g. LCSW/A LCMHC/A LMFT).
- Willingness to work flexible hours including at least two evenings per week.
- Commitment to complete 10 Continuing Education (CE) training hours annually.
