Job Overview:
As a Spa Therapist at Marmorosch Hotel an Autograph Collection you will be at the heart of our guests journey to relaxation and rejuvenation. You will provide tailored high-quality spa treatments including massages facials body therapies and more. Your expert skills warm personality and commitment to excellence will ensure each guest enjoys a personalized luxurious experience that exceeds their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of professional spa services including massages facials body scrubs wraps and other treatments.
- Create a personalized experience for each guest taking into consideration their individual preferences and needs.
- Maintain a clean safe and relaxing environment throughout the spa adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols.
- Ensure all treatments are performed with the highest standards of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends spa treatments and wellness therapies.
- Assist guests with aftercare advice and product recommendations to enhance their spa experience.
- Foster strong guest relationships through exceptional service and attention to detail.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the spa by coordinating with other team members and maintaining accurate treatment records.
- Actively contribute to spa promotions and suggest treatments or products to guests to enhance their experience.
Requirements:
- Certified in Massage Therapy Beauty Therapy or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel or wellness environment is an advantage.
- Proficient in various massage techniques facials body treatments and wellness therapies.
- Exceptional communication skills with a warm approachable demeanor.
- A passion for wellness customer service and making a positive impact on each guests experience.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a high-paced luxury environment.
- Flexible availability including weekends evenings and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy for clients.
