Oversee daily operations of the medical practice ensuring effective patient flow and satisfaction.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Recruit train and supervise administrative and clinical staff fostering a positive work environment and professional development.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies for staff development and training.
Oversee and master processes around patient registration appointment scheduling and followup procedures to ensure effective communication and support.
Ensure the practice complies with all applicable healthcare regulations laws and standards.
Communicate effectively with vendors insurance companies and other external partners.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical practice management or related healthcare management role.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology healthcare regulations and insurance processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
