You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a Product Manager to lead the Revenue Availability and Active Valuation domain focusing on managing the services aspect of this crucial element within the Offer portfolio. The Product Manager will work closely with other Product Managers in related areas Product Marketing Managers Engineers and Commercial teams to contribute to a coherent solution moving forward.
In this role the successful candidate will develop a comprehensive service strategy and positioning approach to meet airline business needs for managing the offers they wish to sell. This includes:
Understanding business and commercial market dynamics.
Articulating functional and nonfunctional requirements.
Integrating constraints and considerations for the Airlines and Amadeus distribution ecosystem.
Ensuring a clear pace of delivery and maintaining a high level of customer trust in Amadeuss capability to provide the agreed enhancements.
Delivering relevant and impactful presentations to potential customers using industry expertise to demonstrate the value of Offer products.
Working with customers from proof of concept through postimplementation to demonstrate business value ensuring adoption and a positive perception of the solution.
They ensure a sustainable service stream for Revenue Availability and Active Valuation by:
Leading customer interactions addressing product inquiries and collaborating with business owners epic owners and Train PMs to resolve issues.
Developing the gotomarket plan with Product Marketing Management and account teams.
Bridging gaps between productoriented development and commercial teams.
Contributing to the product vision and providing customer insights for future features.
Working with multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to deliver value.
Required skills and qualifications:
8 years of handson experience in airline pricing revenue management availability inventory management and ancillary services
The product manager should have experience in:
Strategic thinking and product management practices
Airline/travel domain
Performing market analysis and competitive analysis
Leading customer interaction and management
Operating in a SAFe environment with various teams people and customers to identify and define product market and business needs (Good to have)
