Job Description
Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a prominent Engineering Consulting firm in Johannesburg to find a highly skilled Business Development Specialist. As a Business Development Specialist you will play a critical role in driving new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company in the Engineering Consulting industry.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Engineering Consulting industry in Joburg
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Stay uptodate with industry trends market developments and competitor activities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth targets
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the Engineering Consulting industry
- Strong understanding of the Engineering Consulting industry including its services and market dynamics
- Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Resultsoriented mindset and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
