Job Overview

The Product team at hireEZ is searching for an incoming/recent graduate with a strong passion for product management to help build the future of outbound recruiting.

This position will start with a rotational program with mentorship to gain indepth knowledge of the companys operations workflows and industry landscape. Upon successful completion of the program you will be assigned a specific product line to define and execute a product vision using insights from users market trends competitors and data to deliver an exceptional user experience. You will also collaborate with engineers designers marketers and others to empower recruiters to find their ideal candidates in the everchanging job market.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining product vision goals and roadmaps in alignment with business objectives
  • Conduct market research competitive analysis and customer feedback collection to identify opportunities for product improvements
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on impact feasibility and business value
  • Work closely with engineering design and other stakeholders to translate product requirements into actionable development tasks
  • Participate in sprint planning standups and retrospectives with development teams to ensure timely feature delivery
  • Collaborate with marketing sales and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption
  • Monitor key performance metrics to track product success and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze user feedback to refine features and improve user experience
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Assist in writing user stories product specifications and acceptance criteria
  • Maintain product backlogs and ensure alignment with business priorities
  • Support gotomarket strategies including documentation training and communication plan

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or related field; 2025 graduate preferred
  • 02 years of experience in product management business analysis or related field
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Must be able to work 5 days onsite in either our MTV or Dallas offices

Location: This role will be fully onsite and based in our either Mountain View CA or Irving Texas office.

The total annual compensation ranges from $125000 to $187500 plus equity for this position. Considering parity with current team members current market statistics and applicable experience knowledge and skills presented during the interview will determine where a successful candidates salary will fall within that range.
