Job Description
The Awty International School seeks afulltime Upper School History Teacherfor theschool year. The school is looking for an experienced handson teacher who interacts with students in a creative manner and can take complex concepts to a level the students will comprehend. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a commitment to teaching in a diverse multicultural environment.

This is afulltime salariedposition 20 instructional periods per week plus other assigned duties).
Minimum Requirements:
- BA or equivalent in Social Studies
- Experience teaching World History and/or U.S. History in an Upper School setting
- Work authorization in the United States
Ideal Candidate:
- Advanced degree
- Experience with the IB Diploma Programme
- Experience with the OIB (BFI) French Curriculum
- Intermediate proficiency or better in French
