Sentar is seeking a Cyber Security Operations Center Analyst in Charleston SC!
The Cyber Operations Center Enterprise Compliance Monitoring and Reporting (ECMR) Team is responsible for Directives and Issuances from JFHQDODIN and DHA compliance Information Assurance and Vulnerability Management (IAVM) compliance Vulnerability Disclosure Program (VDP) compliance DoD Cyber Scorecard consolidation and compliance and POA&M Coordination and submission for the Enterprise. Single point of ingress/egress for all Higher authority cyber tasking. Acknowledges distributes and reports compliance to all higher authority directives/taskings. Coordinates and issues DHA internal directives and tasking for Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO). Manages the asset tags in Cyber Operational Attribute Management System (COAMS) for Defense Health Agency (DHA). Manages DHAs Continuous Monitoring and Risk Scoring (CMRS) reporting program.
Role Description:
Receive direction from higher authorities such as USCYBERCOM JFHQDoDIN and DHA; coordinate prioritization with Government Lead and provide mitigation direction inline with agency responses to DHA Components from the Cyber Operations Center.
Liaise between PMO/PORs and higher headquarters as needed for RFIs clarification and issuance tracking to include the Vulnerability Disclosure Program Technical Issuance and IAVM TASKORDs.
Triage information requests from Components comprehend and deconflict issues between higher authorities and affected Components.
Monitor compliance progress with all DHA Components through CMRS and other data source scans ensure components meet issuance suspense and noncompliant systems have an approved POA&M as needed and maintain contact with Components that require coordination and compliance assistance.
Provide daily weekly and monthly reports to leadership authorities and understand the Component challenges in meeting compliance so higher authorities gain a better understanding why a Component may be unable to reach compliance.
Ensure Components are cognizant of taskings by updating the Cyber Operations Center SharePoint portal keeping information up to date on points of contact for PMO/PORs issuance acknowledgment and tracking and documentation repositories
Qualifications:
Clearance Level: Minimum Secret clearance
Certifications: MIn IAT II
Education: Bachelors degree in a technical STEM discipline or a min of 10 years of experience
Experience:
Proven experience in process/project management meeting documentation and computer network defense tool compliance is essential. Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing are crucial. The role involves providing updates to leadership delivering exceptional customer support and SOP administration.
Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and respond to change quickly
Experience evaluating deficiencies and obstacles to achieving the organizations mission
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to convey technical concepts to audiences with varying technical understanding
Logical and analytical thinking capabilities
The ability to solve problems independently or with minimal assistance
Understanding of common enterprise technologies
Read understand and comply with policy and procedures
Proficient with desktop programs such as Adobe Acrobat MS Excel MS Word
